Register your account with SmartHub today for quick access to your account from your desktop, tablet, or mobile device.

To access your account usage, current bill, and make payments online, go to SmartHub. 
To access SmartHub on your mobile phone or tablet, please download the SmartHub app from your app store. 

The BEMC Customer Service Center is ready to serve you – Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. When you call us at 800-842-5871, you will speak with a representative from one of our three office locations. There are no lengthy telephone menus to navigate – you will be connected with a real person who will be able to help you. 

Call us or visit one of our offices to establish new service, make changes to your account, for information on our programs and services, or if you have questions about billing or payments.
