We’ve got 250 reasons for you to switch to paperless billing! Sign up using your SmartHub account and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $250 gift card in September, October and November. Winners will be randomly drawn from new and existing paperless members.
Enrolling is simple:
- Log into SmartHub.
- Select “SETTINGS” from the top-left menu bar.
- Click on “PAPERLESS BILLING”.
- Slide the button next to your account to the right. That’s it – you’re now paperless.

Paperless billing is a breeze.
Once enrolled, you will receive an email notification when a new bill is ready for viewing and payment. Your bill will be available to pay 24/7 and have all of the same information as a paper bill. Pay using any of BEMC’s convenient methods – SmartHub, by phone, by mail, automatic bank draft, in-person at our offices, or using a Bill Payment Terminal (BPT).
