Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation (Brunswick EMC) presented Bright
Ideas Educational Grant certificates and checks totaling $17,235 to 10
area teachers during Bright Ideas Week (November 18 – 22). The grants
provide funds for special projects to enhance learning.

The winning grants crossed many educational disciplines, including the arts, math, science, reading, writing, social studies, community involvement, physical fitness and technology, as well as a special scholarship fund for horticulture/agriculture studies.
